Welcome to A Child Is Missing Alert Program
Since 1997 this alert program has been assisting law enforcement nationwide in saving the lives of children and the elderly. A Child Is Missing. Is a nonprofit organization that assists law enforcement in the early search and recovery children (Autistic/Down syndrome), the elderly (often with Alzheimer’s), disabled and college students on campus in the USA. Over 800,000 children go missing every year in the US. This site will help you understand the importance of A Child Is Missing Alert is to your community and the nation. The program used to be free to law enforcement but now we have to ask for donations to serve you and your community. We have no federal funding anymore.
